RACISM
Top Trump Advisor Hosted Publisher of Racists, White Nationalists and Anti-Semites in His Home

Top Trump White House economic advisor Larry Kudlow hosted the publisher of a notoriously racist website in his home this past weekend. The Washington Post reports Peter Brimelow, “a zealous promoter of white-identity politics,” and the founder and publisher of the website VDare, was Kudlow’s guest.
VDare, founded in 1999, has published white nationalists, anti-immigration activists, anti-Semites, and other racists. Brimelow insists he and the site are not white nationalist, but their reputations suggest otherwise. The Post says it is popular with members of the “alt-right.”
The Southern Poverty Law Center describes VDare as “an anti-immigration hate website,” and “an immigrant-bashing hate site.” It says Brimelow is “a white nationalist.”
Kudlow, who serves as the White House’s Director of the National Economic Council, says he has known Brimelow “forever,” but denies he was aware of his racist views.
“If I had known this, we would never have invited him,” Kudlow told the Post, calling himself “a civil rights Republican.”
“I’m disappointed and saddened to hear about it.”
Brimelow, according to the SPLC, has written, “Hispanics do specialize in rape, particularly of children. They’re very prone to it, compared to other groups.”
