BAD PRESIDENT
White House: Trump’s ‘Animal’ Comment ‘Doesn’t Go Far Enough’
Sarah Huckabee Sanders says President Trump’s remark at a roundtable discussion attacking sanctuary cities “doesn’t go far enough,” after many became outraged over his use of the word “animals.”
The White House press secretary insisted that the president was only referring to MS-13 gang members, although it’s clear he was speaking more broadly.
“Frankly, I think that the term ‘animal’ doesn’t go far enough,” Huckabee Sanders told reporters.
Huckabee Sanders on Thursday also took the opportunity in her obviously prepared remarks to attack the media and the left, falsely claiming they are defending MS-13.
