‘I Will Remain on the Ballot’: Hours After Insider Trading Arrest Rep. Chris Collins Refuses to Resign
GOP Rep. Chris Collins has just announced he will not resign and will run for re-election. Collins earlier Wednesday was arrested on charges of insider trading, wire fraud, and lying to federal agents.
“I believe I acted properly and within the law at all times,” Collins said at a press conference Wednesday night.
