Watch: Harvey Weinstein Surrenders, Then Leaves Police Station in Handcuffs
Harvey Weinstein, accused by more than 80 women of sexual misconduct, sexual assault, or rape, surrendered to police Friday morning. He was charged with rape, committing a criminal sex act, sexual abuse and sexual misconduct.

About an hour later he left the police station in handcuffs.

The NYPD in a statement said: “Today, at the NYPD’s 1st Precinct, Harvey Weinstein was arrested, processed and charged with Rape, Criminal Sex Act, Sex Abuse and Sexual Misconduct for incidents involving two separate women.”

He is expected to appear in court later today.
