Joe Biden Might Run, Says: ‘I Am Going to Run in 2020’
Was He Joking? Maybe, Maybe Not.
Joe Biden just made big news. Maybe. The Democratic vice president told reporters he’s going to run for president again.
“Yeah I am. I am going to run in 2020,” Biden said, as reported by NBC’s Kelly O’Donnell and others who were present in the Senate where Biden came to vote on the Beau Biden cancer bill.

O’Donnell, according to a transcript, followed up with the Vice President, who pulled back a bit, saying, “I’m not committing not to run. I’m not committing to anything.”
