Fox’s Family of Doocys Got COVID for Christmas So Co-Host Kilmeade Ignorantly Bad-Mouths Boosters

The two Doocys who work for Fox News – “Fox & Friends” co-host Steve Doocy and his son, White House correspondent Peter Doocy – along with Steve’s spouse, all contracted COVID-19 over the Christmas holidays.
“A lot of people trade gifts,” he said. We traded Omicron. It pretty much went through our whole family,” the elder Doocy told viewers Thursday, Yahoo reports.
Peter Doocy, who has been absent from recent White House press briefings, is expected to return Monday. Steve Doocy’s wife is a cancer survivor and immunocompromised. She is “doing better,” he says.
Yahoo adds that Steve Doocy “has been one of the most vocal pro-vaccine hosts on the network, appearing in Fox News’ PSA encouraging the jab and regularly bringing it up on the hit morning show.”
He and co-host Brian Kilmeade have sparred over this advice in the past. In July, Doocy told viewers, “If you have the chance, get the shot. It will save your life.” Kilmeade cautioned that they are television hosts, not doctors, and he didn’t feel comfortable encouraging medical procedures.
But co-host Brian Kilmeade went one step further on Thursday, attacking the Biden administration in a purely partisan ploy.
“I don’t want to be a pincushion and an experimental show horse for a medical, for a government showing nothing but incompetence,” he said falsely.
As Kilmeade tried to go to break Doocy interrupted him, appearing somewhat angered.
“You know who I trust? I trust my doctor,” Doocy said. “I trust the doctors. I trust the science.”
