Watch: Biden Reveals Why He Hasn’t Announced if He’s Running

Former Vice President Joe Biden chatted casually with reporters Friday afternoon outside a union workers conference. Asked about his intentions about running for President, Biden exposed his strategy.
“Even if I knew for certain I was going to run for president my intention from the beginning if I were to run would be the last person to announce,” the former Vice President revealed. “Give everybody else their day, then I get a shot, then off to the races.”

He made clear he has not officially decided or announced, noting there are legal implications, and the “clock starts ticking” once he does.
But Biden also appeared to tip is hand once again.
