Breitbart Ignores Obama Daughters’ Security By Publishing Vacation Location
There are some thing real journalists don’t do. Of course the mission of Breitbart — the website and the late founder — is to violate those rules and standards, because, well, Obama.
So Breitbart’s Matthew Boyle — the same hack who “reported” for The Daily Caller the now shot-to-hell bogus story about Democratic Senator Bob Menendez supposedly having sex with underage prostitutes in the Dominican Republic — just published at Breitbart (because, Obama,) an “article” revealing the exact location of Sasha and Malia, President Obama’s daughters, because, Obama.
In “EXCLUSIVE: SASHA, MALIA OBAMA VACATION AT BAHAMAS’ ‘ATLANTIS’ RESORT,” Boyle notes, “Sasha and Malia Obama are quietly vacationing at the Atlantis resort on Paradise Island in the Bahamas, Breitbart News has learned.”
Of course this was a “necessary” component:
Earlier this month, the White House canceled public tours as a result of the recent budget sequester, citing Secret Service staffing costs.
According to Judicial Watch, Malia Obama’s trip to Mexico last spring break, during which she was apparently accompanied by Secret Service protection, cost taxpayers $115,500.87. Sasha did not accompany Malia on that trip.
Because, Obama.
In “Breitbart’s Matthew Boyle Stalks the President’s Daughters, Incites Racial Hatred,” Little Green Footballs founder Charles Johnson excerpts some of the readers’ comments:
Spoiled punk ass commie kids, maybe they can go horse back riding with Putin

A record number of colored people are in poverty and the Obamas spend $1,000 an hour for golf lessons, $115,000 for weekend vacations and $125,000 for private schools and they still voted for him. I hope they enjoy living in poverty.

And there’s a ton of them who are right now talking to one another about their EBT cards and their welfare checks on their Obama phones. I wonder what other goodies for them we need to pay for? Oh yea, healthcare which is chasing doctors out of their practices. Freebies are just not free except to the useless folks using them.

“It is unclear at this time if first lady Michelle Obama is also at the resort, or if she is planning to join her daughters there. †Nobody knows where the pig is at?

I didn’t know chimps could take vacation
But Media Matters explains why this is so unacceptable.
Matt Boyle is “ignoring the decades-old journalistic tradition that media outlets should not report on a president’s minor children when they are not attending ‘official or semi-official events’ for privacy and security reasons.”
Medi Matters notes that there is “a longstanding and informal agreement between successive administrations and the White House Correspondents’ Association, and that ‘traditional news organizations have long abided by such arrangements.'”
UPDATE:
Esquire’s excellent Charles P. Pierce, in, “WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE MORONS?,” calls Breitbart journalists ” somewhat lower than crocodile piss” and adds:
What possible interest does this serve, except to titillate the dark and envious nether parts of Boyle’s 22 readers? (No link, because fk that pudgy little monster.) There is no possible news value to this. Sooner or later, the frolicks of what my pal Boehlert calls the “rightwing entertainment complex” are going to get someone killed.
