Trump Says Democrats Are ‘Pretending’ Mueller ‘No Longer Exists!’ – But Polls Show Americans Don’t Believe He Was Exonerated
President Donald Trump is apparently attempting to battle a rash of polls all showing the vast majority of American do not believe his lies that the Mueller report – which has yet to be released – totally exonerates him.
In fact, those polls show less than three in ten (29%) of Americans believe Trump has been exonerated. They also show his approval rating has actually dropped from before the Attorney General released a four-page letter that some now think was more of a PR stunt or a cover-up rather than a valid overview the Special Counsel’s exhaustive 22-month investigation.
“Now that the long awaited Mueller Report conclusions have been released,” Trump tweeted Monday morning, “most Democrats and others have gone back to the pre-Witch Hunt phase of their lives before Collusion Delusion took over. Others are pretending that their former hero, Bob Mueller, no longer exists!”

That’s false.
Americans perhaps more than ever now are demanding the release of the full, complete, and unredacted Mueller report – increasingly so, after the Attorney General on Friday expanded the categories that he would exclude from the version he says he will send to Congress by mid-April.
“29 percent of Americans say they believe Trump has been cleared of wrongdoing, based on what they have heard about Mueller’s findings, while 40 percent say they do not believe he has been cleared,” NBC News, citing its own NBC News/ Wall Street Journal poll, reported Sunday.
NBC also reports Trump’s approval rating dropped 3 points from February to March. The poll was taken after Attorney General Barr released his 4-page letter.
