‘I’m Going to Stomp All Over Your Face With Golf Spikes’: GOP Nominee for Governor Threatens Democrat (Video)

The Republican Party’s nominee for Governor is attacking his Democratic opponent, incumbent Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf – and threatening to attack him physically.

“Governor Wolf, let me tell you what, between now and November 6, you better put a catcher’s mask on your face, because I’m going to stomp all over your face with golf spikes,” Scott Wagner screamed on a Facebook Live video (excerpt below) Friday morning.

Wagner, who openly supports President Donald Trump and has been accused of anti-Semitism, wasn’t done.

“I’m going to win this for the state of Pennsylvania,” he continued. “And we’re throwing you out of office. Because I’m sick and tired of your negative ads. Governor Wolf, I am bound and determined, I am going to vote you out of office.”

Wagner, who until June was a sitting Pennsylvania State Senator, through his campaign later claimed his threat of physical violence was not meant to be taken literally.

In the full version on Facebook, Wagner attacks Wolf for his ads, which he claims are negative and make him “want to puke.”

Earlier this month Wagner called for a “return to manners” and “respect” in a video posted to Facebook.
