Beginning at 4:00 PM EDT Tuesday afternoon, day two of the 2016 Democratic National Convention.Â
Scheduled for the 4 PM hour is the official delegate roll call vote, in which a spokesperson or leader of each state’s convention will state how many delegates should be counted for Hillary Clinton, and how many for Bernie Sanders – or any other person they choose.
