Watch: Maddow And Law Professor Explain Obama’s DOMA Decision
On “The Rachel Maddow Show” last night, Rachel interviewed Tobias Barrington Wolff, a legal advisor to President Obama on LGBT issues, and a professor of law at the University of Pennsylvania. Wolff explains the president and Holder have “concluded that as a general matter, anti-gay discrimination is presumptively unconstitutional.” Wolff says he thinks the president’s action yesterday will “have an impact not just on the DOMA litigation but on civil rights litigation all around the country.”
The interview begins at about 1:45.
