‘The Nazi Party Started In A Gay Bar In Munich’
Bryan Fischer is at it again. Instead of talking to his million-plus listeners about how to better their lives, their marriages, help their fellow neighbors or become better Christians, the infamous spokesperson for the certified hate group, American Family Association, is attacking the gay community and invoking Hitler to do it.
“We know,” Fischer told his audience, “that the Nazi party started in a gay bar in Munich.” Falsely claiming it is “a matter of historical record that most of the Storm Troopers, the ‘SS,’ that surrounded Hitler and were his enforcers,” Fischer said “we know that they were homosexuals and we know that he couldn’t get straights to be vicious enough in being his enforcers.”
Of course, that’s false, but Bryan Fischer and the American Family Association have never been accused of being merchants of truth.
Claiming that “gay activists” are “thuggish, totalitarian, and oppressive,” Fischer apparently has LGBT people — who are victims of hate crimes on a per capita basis more than any other group — confused with anti-gay bullies and perpetrators of anti-gay hate crimes.
Fischer — who spends a good portion of his radio program that is broadcast in 37 states across the nation — attacking LGBT people, claims that gays want to beat into submission, albeit “not physically,” anyone, especially Christians, who disagrees with them.
“They’ve got to obliterate, they’ve got to punish, they’ve got to destroy, they’ve got to eliminate, they’ve got to marginalize, they’ve got to neutralize, they have got to completely silence any voice that defends man-woman marriage and the abiding truths of the word of God.”
Fischer no doubt was reminded of this “fact” of gay people being Nazis by his fellow hate group leader Scott Lively, who wrote a letter to President Vladimir Putin, letting his comrade in anti-gay hysteria know he would be sending the Russian president a copy of his book, The Pink Swastika.
