Republican “Morning Joe” Scarborough Offended By Herman Cain’s Gay Stance
Joe Scarborough, a former three-term Republican Congressman and host of MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” this morning, along with his co-hosts Mika Brzezinski and Willie Geist, all chimed in to agree they were offended by GOP frontrunner Herman Cain’s remarks that homosexuality, in his opinion, is a choice, and that being black, “doesn’t wash off.”
Igopr Volsky at Think Progress quotes Scarborough saying,
“I think there might be a lot of gay and lesbian people that would take offense at the suggestion that it was a choice.†“And non-gay and lesbian people, I might point out,†Willy Geist added.
Scarborough, who is 48, was born in Georgia where Cain, who is 65, now lives.
