UPDATED! BREAKING: Stay Lifted, Prop 8 Is Dead! Again! For Now…
Judge Vaughn Walker just released his decision, removing his stay order on last week’s Prop 8 ruling. This action allows California same-sex couples the right to marry.
This ruling, removing the stay, is in keeping with the Governor and Attorney General’s wishes.
MSNBC reported there are 600 same-sex couples waiting today to be married.
The San Francisco City Hall has expanded its hours til 8 PM tonight and 9-5 on Saturday and Sunday.
