Between 2006 and 2011 Fox News anchor Tucker Carlson called in to a radio talk show and made shockingly offensive remarks in support of statutory rape of boys and girls, along with misogynistic remarks about several women, including Hillary Clinton and Britney Spears. Carlson has refused to apologize amid growing calls for Fox News to fire him, and for a boycott of his advertisers.
Now Media Matters, which unearthed Carlson’s pro-statutory rape remarks, has just published audio of Carlson in 2006 using a homophobic slur on-air, and in a separate report, Carlson using white nationalist language and making racist remarks.
First, here’s Carlson using the word “faggot” on-air:
BUBBA THE LOVE SPONGE: MSNBC’s very own Tucker Carlson. Tuck, do you like coming on with us? ‘Cause I like you. I mean I’m not trying to fag out on you or nothing, but I like you. I like you.
TUCKER CARLSON: Well I like you too, and I mean that. You always say, “I mean that in a non-fag way,” but I actually mean it in a completely faggot way.
CO-HOST: I wish I knew how to quit you, Tuck.
THE LOVE SPONGE: I wish I knew how to quit you, Tuck.

Carlson: Immigrants should be “hot” or “really smart” because people picking lettuce aren’t going to build a stronger country.
Tucker Carlson: “White men” deserve credit for “creating civilization.”
Carlson: “Iraq is a crappy place filled with a bunch of, you know, semiliterate primitive monkeys — that’s why it wasn’t worth invading.”
Carlson: Afghanistan is “never going to be a civilized country because the people aren’t civilized.”
Carlson: I have “zero sympathy” for Iraqis because they “don’t use toilet paper or forks.” They should “just shut the fuck up and obey” us.
Carlson fantasized about a presidential candidate blaming “lunatic Muslims who are behaving like animals” and saying “I’m going to kill as many of them as I can if you elect me.”
Carlson: “The Congressional Black Caucus exists to blame the white man for everything, and I’m happy to say that in public because it’s true.”
