‘She’ll Cut Your Head Off and You Won’t Even Know You’re Bleeding’ Says Alexandra Pelosi of Likely Speaker

Published

Documentary filmmaker and journalist Alexandra Pelosi says the once and future Speaker of the House is a great negotiator and is predicting trouble for President Donald Trump when he meets with her.

“She’ll cut your head off and you won’t even know you’re bleeding,” Alexandra Pelosi, who happens to also be the daughter of Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi, says of her mother. “That’s all you need to know about her,” she added.

The younger Pelosi was speaking to CNN on Wednesday, and was asked to weigh in on this afternoon’s upcoming meeting between Democratic congressional leaders and President Trump.

“No one ever won betting against Nancy Pelosi,” Alexandra Pelosi continued, “She’s persevered. You’ve got to give her credit. No matter what you think of her, you have to give her credit. Because, think about it. Think about all those presidents she’s endured, right? The Bush, the Bush, the Clintons. She’s been through it all. She’s been around. This is not her first rodeo, as your friend George Bush would say. She knows what she’s doing.”

Alexandra also noted that “it’s going to be a whole new America,” and “magical” on Thursday when a historic number of women will be sworn in to Congress.

White House: Trump Meeting Russian Foreign Minister in Oval Office Today to Discuss ‘Election Security’

Published

The White House announced Tuesday’s Oval Office meeting between President Donald Trump and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will be to discuss “election security,” among other issues.

Even Fox News warned Deputy Press Secretary Hogan Gidley the optics are bad for the same day the House revealed Articles of Impeachment.

Gidley disagreed.

“We’re told that this is about ‘arms control,'” Fox News Business’ Stuart Varney told Gidley on-air. “But it’s gonna look real bad – it’s gonna be ‘Russia Russia Russia – Sergei Lavrov.’ It’s going to get bad PR out of it,” Varney said.

“I don’t think so,” Gidley claimed. “Listen: These kind of conversations are critical to America’s well-being. The president talked about and campaigned about having a better relationship with Russia. So did the Democrats,” he claimed.

The Democrats did not.

“Absolutely we’re expected to talk about arms control, but also election security,” Gidley stated.

This is, as far as is publicly known, Lavrov’s secnd Oval Office meeting with President Trump. The two met in May of 2017, one day after Trump fired FBI Director Jim Comey. Trump that day also revealed code-word top secret information to the Russians.

As some have noted, speaking with Russian TV Lavrov recently mocked the idea of election security.

Asked how Russia was “getting ready” for the U.S. 2020 elections Lavrov responded, “We’ll resolve the problem. Don’t worry.”

Donald Trump Jr. Will Be First to Be Subpoenaed by House Democrats Says Top Congresswoman

Published

on

The President’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr., will be the first to be sent a subpoena by House Democrats in a new investigation into Russia’s attack on the U.S. elections, as The Washington Examiner reports.

Rep. Jackie Speier, a top House Democrat from California, was asked Tuesday night while delivering a speech to the Woman’s National Democratic Club (video), who would be subpoenaed first.

“You’ll understand why I say this: Donald Trump, Jr.,” Congresswoman Speier responded. “There are a number of persons that testified before the committee that I feel were not telling the truth.”

Speier added that Republicans in the House refused to subpoena documents from Donald Trump Jr., but Democrats will.

Many believe Trump Jr.’s remarks about the now infamous Trump Tower meeting in 2016 reveal evidence of collusion. In an email, after being offered dirt on Hillary Clinton, he replied, “If it’s what you say I love it.”
