‘I Know You’re Not Thinking, You Never Do’: Trump Mocks and Demeans Woman Reporter (Video)

President Donald Trump demeaned a well-known reporter, a woman, when she tried to ask him a question about the FBI’s Kavanaugh investigation.
Trump called on ABC News’ White House Correspondent Cecilia Vega. When she did not immediately ask her question (it’s unclear if she had a microphone yet in hand) Trump joked to the administration officials surrounding him, “She’s shocked that I picked her.”
“I’m not, thank you Mr. President,” Vega responded.
“That’s OK, I know you’re not thinking, you never do,” the president mockingly shot back.
“I’m sorry?” Vega replied, asking for clarification.
“No, go ahead. Go ahead,” Trump then told her.
President Trump then refused to take her question when she began asking about the FBI investigation into Brett Kavanaugh.
