BAD PRESIDENT
Trump Calls for Samantha Bee to Be Fired – America Again Reminds Him to Uphold the First Amendment

In what some are warning comes close to violating the First Amendment President Donald Trump is calling for comedian and political pundit Samantha Bee to be fired. The host of TBS’s “Full Frontal with Samantha Bee” called Ivanka Trump a “feckless c*nt” for not urging her father to stop ripping children from their undocumented parents. The policy was instituted by the Trump administration, while President Trump has repeatedly lied, claiming it’s federal law enacted by Democrats.
“Why aren’t they firing no talent Samantha Bee for the horrible language used on her low ratings show?” Trump tweeted just after 7AM Friday. “A total double standard but that’s O.K., we are Winning, and will be doing so for a long time to come!”

The “total double standard” remark likely refers to the firing of Roseanne Barr, who said former top Obama official Valerie Jarrett was the child of the Muslim Brotherhood and Planet of the Apes. That was but one vile and offensive remark the now-former star of ABC’s “Roseanne” made in a series of tweets this week.
Trump refused to condemn Barr’s attacks, but did paint himself aa victim, comparing his treatment by ABC News to Barr’s attack on Jarrett.
It is unprecedented for the President of the United States to call for the firing of an employee of a private business. Trump has also called for the firing of NFL players who take a knee to protest police violence and killings of Black people.
Here’s how some are responding to Trump’s latest remarks:
No President Trump, the double standard (used by both sides because of PC) is demanding that the other side respect your feelings, and vice versa. Everyone has free speech. You’re the President of America. You want to uphold American values? Start at the First Amendment.

You represent the government and are calling for a reprisal to someone exercising her first amendment right to free speech. This is exactly why we have this protection. Did you object when @therealroseanne or @TedNugent used the same word about @HillaryClinton?

Where is your tweet calling out Roseanne’s racism? No where because Roseanne saying a black person looks like an ape is something you clearly have no problem with considering your demonization of blacks from Jay-Z to Maxine Waters to NFL players: https://t.co/bhLFXTzdKh

Ted Nugent said the same exact comment about Hillary Clinton and you had him to dinner at the White House. Comparing vulgar language to racism is stupid, unless… If the shoe fits. https://t.co/nsD5jhon3R

Kind of creepy to see a government official encouraging someone to be fired for exercising their freedom of speech. https://t.co/5gYGjxO19Y

You are not a regular citizen. You are the president trying to trample on First Amendment rights. You’re trying to become a dictator. It is unconstitutional, and we will stop you.

“A total double standard.” Roseanne Barr made a racist remark about a former White House official, but Trump’s only comment on that was that he should have also received an apology from the network for the things they have said about him. https://t.co/ZeHSqrfKWY

Trump doesn’t realize that he is now part of the government, and the first amendment states that the government cannot infringe on free speech. He is violating his oath to uphold the constitution every time he pressures an employer to take action against an employee’s speech. https://t.co/NNftO6nVBE

You’ve used the same language on multiple occasions, including in reference to @SallyQYates, so why don’t we fire you?https://t.co/2pZM6rz4ph https://t.co/YDwbCAO2NU

Trump is more upset over a curse words by Samantha Bee than with racism, bigotry and sexism. Says so much about the leader of the GOP. https://t.co/bhLFXTzdKh

Why aren’t you supporting and defending the First Amendment? YOU are not allowed to say things like this. YOU are violating Sam Bee’s rights. She was right about your daughter and she wasn’t racist, like Roseanne. Most racists (like you) don’t understand why you’re racists.

She just said it. She didn’t grab anyone by it. https://t.co/q2nRgtaL0o

Trump: “I better use some Tic Tacs just in case I start kissing her. You know, I’m automatically attracted to beautiful — I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything.” https://t.co/AWA3uiuotX

That? That was just locker room talk. https://t.co/q2nRgtaL0o

Did Samantha Bee make a racist remark? No. Did Roseanne? Yes.#Simple https://t.co/Humjchu6AZ
