50 States. 800 Cities. 30 Countries. Today Millions Will Protest Gun Violence and Demand Changes to Gun Laws

Organizers of the March for Our Lives rally to protest gun violence and demand gun law reform are hoping for half a million protestors on Saturday – marching down Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, D.C. Some say one million could appear. Either way it will be one of the largest protests in D.C.’s history. They’ll be accompanied by the student survivors from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, Democratic lawmakers, and a tremendous list of stars including George and Amal Clooney, Jimmy Fallon, Cher, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Miley Cyrus, Ariana Grande, Jennifer Hudson, Common, Ben Platt, Vic Mensa, Andra Day, and Demi Lovato.
That’s just Washington, D.C.
There will be protests, demonstrations, rallies, and other March for Our Lives events on Saturday in all 50 U.S. states, several U.S. territories, 800 cities and 30 countries around the world.
