It Only Took Him 8 Days but President Trump Has Decided to Come Out in Opposition of Domestic Violence
President Previously Praised Rob Porter After Scandal Broke
Presidet Donald Trump finally has answered the question he has been asked by the media at least three times in the eight days since the Rob Porter scandal broke last week: Do you oppose domestic violence?
The president did not make any reference to women, supporting women, or supporting victims of domestic violence.
The entirety of President Trump’s remarks, made at the end of a photo-op, were: “I am totally opposed to domestic violence and everybody here knows that. I am totally opposed to domestic violence of any kind. Everyone knows that. And it almost wouldn’t even have to be said. So, now you hear it, but you all know.”
