CNN is reporting an active shooter situation at a Texas high school in Brewster County, noting that “one person has been hit.”

UPDATE I: 11:29 AM EDT –
There are various reports, unconfirmed, that one person has been hospitalized, while others, also unconfirmed, say one person has died. NCRM will update this page when more is known.
UPDATE II: 11:37 AM EDT –
Via ABC News:
One person, the shooter, is dead from a self inflicted wound. It is unknown if there are other shooters, but ABC News reports the event “appears to be an accidental shooting.”
One student and one police officer were also shot but are alive.
