Watch: Stun Gun Used In Shocking Black Friday Mall Fight
A fight broke out on Black Friday and apparently a stun gun was used by one of the participants at the Franklin Mills Mall in Northeast Philadelphia. Two women in a common area of the mall got into a scuffle — reasons, unknown — and, as you can see in this video, one of them pulls out and used what appears to be a stun gun or Taser-like electric shock instrument.
“It started out, one couple was fighting with another couple. They had words, the guys got into a fight and then the girls,” Mike Napolitano, who videotaped the fight, told NBC Philadelphia. “One couple, they were like a family and all, with a young child in a stroller.”

One of the onlookers can be heard repeatedly yelling, “No, stop!”

Mall management referred to it as an “isolated incident… that was quickly stopped by our security team, and both women were escorted out of the mall.”
Laws regulating stun guns vary, but apparently they may be legal to carry in many areas. Amazon sells the Streetwise 400K Volt Stun Gun for a mere $32.97. The seller says they will not ship to about ten states or locales, including, ironically, Philadelphia.
