House Oversight Democrats Ask For 10 Years of Trump’s Taxes From Accounting Firm: Report

Republican Congressmen Leak News in Apparent Effort to Protect Trump
Democrats on the powerful House Oversight and Reform Committee are asking for 10 years of President Donald Trump’s tax returns from an accounting firm.
Politico, citing two unnamed Republicans on the Committee, reports Democrats are “focusing in part on the president’s prior effort to bid on the Buffalo Bills,” after his former attorney and “fixer,” Michael Cohen, testified he inflated his net worth in an attempt to buy the NFL team.

The Committee chairman is Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD).
