Breaking: Inhofe Worries DADT Will Interfere With His Christmas
Just minutes ago, Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.), Member, Senate Armed Services Committee, expressed his upset to Tony Perkins, head of the Family Research Council, a recognized hate group, that he has “twenty kids and grandkids,” and the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” deliberations will get in the way of his enjoying Christmas.
GOP support for our nation’s security and military just hit a new low.
I’ll post the audio of the entire program, titled, “Mission Compromised: How the military is being used to advance a radical agenda,” as soon as it’s complete, later this afternoon. Here’s a list of participants:
- Host: Tony Perkins, Marine Corps veteran and President, FRC Action
- Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.), Member, Senate Armed Services Committee
- Gen. Carl Mundy, former Commandant of the Marine Corps
- Douglas Lee, Chaplain (Brigadier General) USA (Ret)
- Brian Fleming, veteran of the war in Afghanistan and Purple Heart Recipient
- Lt. Col. Bob Maginnis, USA (Ret.), Senior Fellow, National Security, Family Research Council
- Cathy Ruse, Senior Fellow, Legal Studies, Family Research Council
- Peter Sprigg, Senior Fellow for Policy Studies, Family Research Council
