This morning, as promised, Washington, D.C. Mayor Adrian Fenty signed the Religious Freedom & Civil Marriage Equality Amendment Act of 2009 at the All Souls Unitarian Church. Marriage equality, same-sex marriage, gay marriage – whatever you want to call it, today is a great, historic day, not only for the nation’s capital, but for the nation.
