Watch What Honey Maid Did To The Haters (Video)
This might make you shed a tear.
Remember the beautiful Honey Maid TV commercial that featured a same-sex couple raising a two sons, and an interracial couple raising their kids, and a single father with his son?
The ad focused on what “wholesome” means, saying, “No matter how things change, what makes us wholesome never will.”
Well, it took them a few weeks, but the haters piled on.
One Million Moms demanded their supporters (how many supporters do they have?) boycott not just Honey Maid, but all of Nabisco — hundreds of products. Why? “Romans 1:26-27.”
You see, it’s OK to boycott a product if it violates your deeply-held religious belief that loving same-sex couples are the essence of “sexual perversion,” according to OMM.
And the American Decency Association used the word “Satan” five times to describe the Honey Maid ad.
Conservatives on social media, like Twitter, were no better.
So Honey Maid, being very smart, took all that hate and turned it into love.
Brilliant.
