AND HE'S THE SMART ONE?
‘Like a Child Saying Libary’: Don Jr. Mercilessly Mocked for Thinking ‘S&L’ Is Short for ‘Saturday Night Live’
There’s an ongoing debate on social media about which Trump son – Don Jr. or Eric – is the, um, “smarter” one. Today, it would appear Eric is the winner, by default.
Donald Trump Jr. likes to think he’s smart, and regularly tweets his thoughts and ideas in a never-ending attempt to trash liberals, progressives, Democrats, and anyone who does not support his father.
In short, he hates “the left,” and will do just about anything to try to make the left look bad, although he often ends up embarrassing himself.
Take, for example, this ridiculous tweet that made an impact on the President’s eldest son:
So 2020 dem platform is
-no private healthcare.
-kill fully formed 2 seconds from birth babies
-70% marginal tax rates on people they hate
-ban nearly every gun
-also you’re racistThis is basically a right wing parody of a dem platform and it’s real.

Don Jr. decided to retweet it, adding his own commentary, suggesting it’s like a funny version of a “Saturday Night Live” skit.
Except that’s not what he tweeted. This is:
It’s almost like a funny version of an S&L skit. https://t.co/JSYVOyJZNk

Apparently, Don Jr. thinks “S&L” – not “SNL” – is shorthand for “Saturday Night Live.”
The internet was not about to let that go unnoticed, and so Trump Jr. got his comeuppance. Take a look:

Let’s unpack this, Jr. (a) You know it’s not called S&L, yah? (b) they want EVERYONE to have healthcare (gasp, horror), and (c) you’re carefully avoiding the actual story here. Gold star for trying tho.

Love to open a bag of MNM’s candies and watch my favorite skit show, S&L.
