Trump Promises to Do ‘Whatever It Takes’ to Get His Wall Hours After Claiming ‘MEXICO IS PAYING FOR THE WALL!’

President Donald Trump is now promising to do “whatever it takes” to get his wall built, just 9 hours after telling America, “MEXICO IS PAYING FOR THE WALL!”

For years Trump has been promising that Mexico would pay for the wall that the majority of Americans do not want, and that even conservative experts agree will not work.

The President dug an old trick out of his box of magic tricks Thursday afternoon, recording a video with him outside the White House speaking directly into the camera. It was released hours after Trump took to Fox News to argue that federal prosecutors were victimizing him.

He made a similar argument in his video, claiming that for years top Democrats, including then-Senator Barack Obama and then-candidate Hillary Clinton had supported building a wall.

“The Democrats are absolute hypocrites,” Trump began his diatribe, pouting that “they only don’t want to do it because of me.”

This is Trump’s plan, to paint himself as a victim, rather than as a thug who spent years skirting the system, grabbing women and paying them off, assaulting them, having extra-marital sex, making racist and bigoted comments and decisions, and more recently, being in the pocket of Russia and Saudi Arabia.

“They have to put the people ahead of politics,” Trump, bashing Democrats, told supporters, despite news that the President’s goal for 2019 is to turn the White House into a wholly partisan operation.

Trump is seeing walls in his sleep. But they are the ones that are closing in on him, not the ones he thinks will keep out refugees.

The only thing Trump will actually do “whatever it takes” for is convincing his base everything’s fine and he – and they – are the victims.
