‘How About 17 Billion!’: Internet Mocks Trump’s Campaign Chief for Insane Fear-Mongering Caravan Tweet

‘Nazi-Style Propaganda. Pure and Simple.’

President Donald Trump’s campaign chief is not having a good day. Brad Parscale late Monday morning attacked NBC News, CNN, and Facebook after they refused to air the president’s 45-second racist ad, which is totally based on a lie. Fox News also refused run the ad but they were exempt from his criticisms.

Minutes later, apparently not satisfied, Parscale took to Twitter once again, posting a shorter version of the ad, and issuing an extraordinary fear-mongering suggestion: the migrants’ caravan could grow as large as 2 million migrants.

“Stop The Caravan! This is about being a nation of laws. You must enter our country LEGALLY. When will it be enough? When the caravan is 100K, 500K, 2MM in size?” Parscale tweeted.

The caravan is estimated to be about four thousand migrants by The Associated Press, which also notes that it has now split into different factions. Based on previous caravan efforts in years past, experts predict the number of migrants who will reach the U.S. border will be a small fraction, perhaps a few hundred migrants.

President Trump even told voters his plan for the midterms was to focus on the caravan and Brett Kavanaugh, whose Supreme Court nomination was scarred by multiple credible accusations of sexual misconduct, including attempted rape.

He has not mentioned Justice Kavanaugh much, but immigration has been his target. Based on Parscale’s angry tweets, it would appear the caravan focus is not helping Republicans. Some Republicans even say it is harming them.

On social media some are mocking Parscale’s fear-mongering and insane exaggerations.
