The President of the United States Is Focused on The President of the United States – Not on Americans
President Donald Trump kicked off his second Father’s Day in office by unleashing a tweetstorm – without bothering to mention the importance of fathers. Seven tweets spanning 94 minutes attacking the “Fake News” media, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, defending his abysmal North Korea “summit,” and of course, “Witch Hunt!”
Trump is spending taxpayer money like water. His Cabinet secretaries are spending taxpayer money like water. And yet he insisted he stopped the U.S. joint military exercises with South Korea “because they are VERY EXPENSIVE.”
And, after provoking North Korea to the point that they threatened Hawaii and Guam, President Trump is now claiming he has potentially saved “millions & millions of lives!”
And Trump attacked one of his greatest critics – one of the best news organizations that is daily exposing his and his administration’s corruption and illegal acts: The Washington Post. Trump is claiming employees want to go on strike. They don’t. They are asking for higher wages.
Trump’s “weekly” (actually, occasional) address on Saturday was not about Father’s Day or fathers, of families, or parents. It was gruesome, all about attacking Democrats and lying about his immigration polices.
