UPDATE: III 1:26 PM –

Editor’s note: 5:25 PM – MSNBC’s Chuck Todd on “Meet the Press Daily” said Thursday afternoon that Cohen’s phones themselves are not being wiretapped, but monitored. This means investigators are not listening to every conversation. NBC News has yet to update their story online.
