Stormy Daniels Lawyer Thrilled Trump Just Denied Knowledge of Payment Because the Implications Are Huge – Here’s Why

President Donald Trump may have just harmed both himself and his attorney, and Stormy Daniels lawyer is thrilled. Trump on camera denied knowing anything about the $130,000 payment to Stormy Daniels, which means he denied knowing about the nondisclosure agreement. And since Trump didn’t sign it, Stormy Daniels lawyer has been saying, it’s not valid. Which means she can say what she wants to say – at least, that’s what they’ll be arguing in court.
“Merry Christmas!” Michael Avenatti told MSNBC’s Ari Melber Thursday evening. “Our case just got a whole lot better.”

“It is a very, very Merry Christmas this evening here over in our camp,” Avenatti said. “How can you have an agreement when one party claims they don’t know anything about the agreement? I mean, these guys are making it up as they go along.”
“This is a gift from the heavens, I can think of few things that would be better for our case”

Frequent MSNBC guest and former U.S. Attorney Joyce Vance on Twitter reiterated the legal implications of Trump saying he knows nothing about the $130,000 payment his attorney Michael Cohen made to Daniels.

And Avenatti says the long-term implications for Michael Cohen are bad – he could lose his license. And Robert Mueller could, Avenatti says, make Cohen give up his attorney-client privilege, and turn on Trump.
