Stormy Daniels’ Attorney: ’60 Minutes’ Interview just ‘the Beginning’

The attorney representing adult film actress Stephanie Clifford, also known as Stormy Daniels, took to Twitter early Sunday to call tonight’s “60 Minutes” exclusive just the beginning.

“Note: (a) not all of our evidence will be mentioned/displayed tonight – that would be foolish,” Daniels’ attorney Michael Avenatti tweeted, “(b) we are not sure what CBS will include but we know a lot from the full interview will have to be cut bc of the time allowed; (c) tonight is not the end – it’s the beginning. #basta

Ahead of the claim, Avenatti tweeted some “words to live by,” namely “1.  There are results and then there are excuses. 2.  If you can’t take a punch, you don’t belong in the ring. 3.  Credibility matters – a lot.”

The tweets follow a mysterious photo posted Friday by Avenatti, seen again below:

CBS’ “60 Minutes” airs tonight, Sunday, at 7 EST. The interview is described as “the sordid tale of the president and the pornographic film actress” as it “hits its next chapter as Stephanie Clifford, who goes by the stage name Stormy Daniels, sits down with Anderson Cooper to recount a relationship with Donald J. Trump in 2006 and 2007.”
