Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House” officially went on sale at midnight, and it had the best advertising campaign in modern times: little to none, except for a few excerpts in several media outlets, and President Donald Trump tweeting it’s “full of lies” an hour before people could buy it.

That’s what Trump tweeted at 10:52 PM Thursday night.
