  Trump and team will visit Saudi Arabia, Israel, and Rome, taking the unprecedented step of a new president’s first trip outside the country to be a religious expedition and one not to our closest allies.

• President Donald Trump, the “Ugly American”: 

  “When President Donald Trump sits down for dinner in Saudi Arabia, caterers have ensured that his favorite meal — steak with a side of ketchup — will be offered alongside the traditional local cuisine.
