Republican House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes is now under investigation by the Ethics Committee for possible violations of House rules and federal law.Â
“The Committee is aware of public allegations that Rep. Devin Nunes may have made unauthorized disclosures of classified information, in violation of House rules, law, regulations, or other standards of conduct,” a letter signed by the House Ethics Committee Chair and Ranking Member states.

Earlier Thursday morning Nunes recused himself from the Committee’s Russia investigation, but he retained his Chairmanship.
