Donald Trump Jr. Gets Slammed for Retweeting Alex Jones ‘Alt-Right’ Conspiracy Theorist
‘You and Your Family Are a Laughing Stock’
Donald Trump Jr. on Sunday was immediately slammed after retweeting a tweet from the editor of Alex Jones’ InfoWars and Prison Planet websites, Paul Joseph Watson. Watson, and admitted member of the “Alt-Right,” has promoted the false and unproven claim that Hillary Clinton has Parkinson’s, and made other false suggestions:

Alex Jones regularly peddles fake news and conspiracy theories through his radio show and his websites.
“I’m still waiting for all those celebs here, who promised to do the same, to go!!! #maga,” Trump Jr wrote, retweeting one of Watson’s posts, talking about celebrities saying they will move to Canada if a far-right wing nationalist wins the election in France.
Left wing French celebrities say they will move to Canada if Le Pen wins.
Now where have I heard that before? https://t.co/UH02D0iMYW

Ironically, Watson himself announced earlier this week he was no longer a Trump supporter, after the president broke his word and sent missiles into Syria:
I guess Trump wasn’t “Putin’s puppet” after all, he was just another deep state/Neo-Con puppet.
I’m officially OFF the Trump train.
— Paul Joseph Watson (@PrisonPlanet) April 7, 2017
But the “break-up” was short-lived, albeit hypocritically:
I am off the Trump train in terms of Syria, which I will criticize, but I have not “turned on Trump” as the media claims. Fake news.

Meanwhile, on Twitter, Trump Jr. was immediately scorned and excoriated:
