The New York Times reports Tillerson “said for the first time that the Trump administration might be forced to take pre-emptive action” against North Korea “if they elevate the threat of their weapons program’ to an unacceptable level.”

Tillerson, who initially refused to allow a pool of reporters to accompany him, as is customary, took just one. She has not filed any stories.
