“House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer released a 65-page memo detailing a sprawling investigation into Biden and some of his relatives, particularly his son Hunter Biden. Nowhere in the massive document was there a specific allegation of a crime committed by Biden or any of his relatives.”
White House Already Walking Back Trump’s False Claim Terror Attacks Are ‘Not Even Being Reported’
Trump’s False Claim Appears to Have Come From Nation’s Top Conspiracy Theorist
Just hours after President Donald Trump falsely told service members at CENTCOM that the “very dishonest media” is not reporting terror attacks, “doesn’t want to,” and “have their reasons” for not, White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer is already walking back those claims.
In a classic fascistic move, the President indicted the media before the military, in what surprisingly started out as a partisan, political speech during which he told them those who endorse him are his friends, while those who do not, are not.Â
He then went on to discuss the war against ISIS, which is when he accused the media of not reporting terror attacks.
“Radical Islamic terrorists are determined to strike our homeland, as they did on 9/11, as they did from Boston to Orlando, to San Bernardino. And all across Europe. You’ve seen what happened in Paris, and Nice. All over Europe, it’s happening,” the Commander-in-Chief told service members.
“It’s gotten to a point where it’s not even being reported. And in many cases the very very dishonest press doesn’t want to report it. They have their reasons and you understand that,” Trump claimed, offering zero proof.
Speaking with reporters after the President’s remarks, White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer promised to “provide a list” of unreported terror attacks “later.”
“There’s several instances,” Spicer said. “There’s a lot of instances that have occurred where I don’t think they’ve gotten the coverage it deserved.”
There’s a big difference between the press not reporting terror attacks and the White House Press Secretary deciding what attacks deserve how much coverage.
So, that’s walk back number one.
The next came when Spicer was asked if the terror attacks weren’t reported or were underreported.
“Underreported,” Spicer answered, totally walking back Trump’s unsubstantiated claim.
Just remember, White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer has promised to “provide a list” of unreported terror attacks, “later.”
Add that to the list of things Trump and his administration have promised to do or give to the American people.
Like, that press conference with Melania Trump about her immigration papers…Â Or, his taxes…
Meanwhile, the Washington Post is reporting the idea that the press is somehow refusing to report on terror attacks appears to have come from… conspiracy theorist extraordinaire, Alex Jones and his InfoWars fake news site.

Seems like you wouldn’t need to go do research if this lie was true. https://t.co/PVZNHBOXuO

Exciting. Where will the next Bowling Green Massacre have taken place without your knowledge? Could it have happened in your back yard? https://t.co/kz3wDjdu4h

https://t.co/VoWFuF31I7 Likelist outcomes: 1) We never get a list. 2) A list is created, but it’s all lies. 3) Spicer quits suddenly.

spicer: I HOLD IN MY HAND THE NAMES OF FORTY TERROR ATTACKS THE MEDIA HAS REFUSED TO REPORT ON
media: can we see that list?
spicer: …no.

Insist on that list. Push Spicer every day for that list. Harangue if necessary, but expose Trump’s lies.
