President-Elect Donald Trump effectively took credit for Christmas on Monday night.Â
In one of his most egotistical tweets to date, Trump claimed the world was “gloomy” before his victory , adding that “there was no hope.”Â
“Now the market is up nearly 10% and Christmas spending is over a trillion dollars!” Trump wrote.Â
