Twitter Is Using #TacoTuesday to Remind Trump It’s #ElectionDay and Hispanics Are Voting – Not for Him
#TacoTruckOnEveryCorner
Back in September a vocal Donald Trump supporter and founder of Latinos for Trump told MSNBC’s Joy Reid if Trump loses, America will be forced to contend with “taco trucks on every corner.”
Many across America rejoiced – what could be better than a taco truck on every corner? – and mocked the Trump aficionado.
Coupled with Trump’s attacks on Latinos, Hispanics early voted in record-breaking numbers, and polls show they’re voting for Clinton.
Now that it’s Election Day, Americans are taking to Twitter, using #TacoTruckOnEveryCorner and #TacoTuesday to remind the Republican nominee that Hispanics are Americans too, they’re voting, and not for him.
Take a look:
With Latinos voting in record numbers, it’s appropriate that #ElectionDay is also #TacoTuesday! #VOTE
