It’s after midnight, and Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton are virtually tied in the Iowa Caucuses, as Sanders told his supporters minutes ago.

With 95 percent of the precincts reporting, Hillary Clinton has 664 votes, Bernie Sanders has 661.
