Domestic Terrorists In Oregon Standoff Now Have Kids In Federal Building, Want To Overthrow Gov’t.

A militia group many are calling domestic terrorists, headed by three sons of Cliven Bundy, now have moved children into an occupied federal installation.

Despite claims by Cliven Bundy that there are 150 armed militiamen now occupying a federal building in Oregon, his son Ammon Bundy has only about 20 people. Three of Cliven Bundy’s sons reportedly broke into and took over the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge headquarters on Saturday. The men reportedly are heavily armed, have taken children into the occupied area, and have terrorized locals, forcing schools to be closed all this week and other nearby federal buildings to shut down out of safety concerns.

The occupiers may call themselves “patriots,” “constitutionalists,” or part of a “militia,” but in reality they are fringe Mormon extremists and anti-government domestic terrorists, according to many closely watching developments on social media, and even according to Juliette Kayyem, CNN’s National Security Analyst.

One of the so-called “patriots,” according to The Oregonian, “said protesters are moving freely in and out of the facility and are bringing children onto the grounds Sunday.”

Meanwhile, on the ground local law enforcement offered even more insight into their motives.

“These men came to Harney County claiming to be part of militia groups supporting local ranchers, when in reality these men had alternative motives to attempt to overthrow the county and federal government in hopes to spark a movement across the United States,” Sheriff David Ward wrote, according to Oregon Public Broadcasting‘s Amanda Peacher.
