The conversation got heated when Carly Fiorina was speaking with Chris Cuomo over whether or not her lies about the Planned Parenthood videos in any way influenced the Planned Parenthood shooter.
Carly Fiorina has repeatedly lied about the content and substance of the fraudulent Planned Parenthood videos that were, as their creator admitted, designed to destroy the organization.
Carly Fiorina is also never going to be president, given that she’s now polling at 1%.
Nevertheless, the former HP CEO went on CNN this morning and the conversation got heated when “New Day” co-host Chris Cuomo asked her a very fair and relevant question.
“Do you feel any sense of regret about how you characterized what was going on at Planned Parenthood after the attack in Colorado?†Cuomo queried. “Because of what the man said which seems as though he was influenced by some of the rhetoric coming out of you and others that painted a very ugly picture and unfair one about Planned Parenthood.â€
What suspected Colorado Planned Parenthood shooter Robert Lewis Dear said after surrendering to police was, “no more baby parts.“
What he said in court Wednesday was, “I’m guilty– there’s no trial — I’m a warrior for the babies.”
Fiorina at a GOP debate uttered such ugly lies about the videos that even conservatives and right wing media outlets were forced to point out just how wrong she was.
Fiorina’s response to Cuomo’s question?
“Oh, please. Really, Chris?”
Fiorina also repeated her false claim that Planned Parenthood’s decision to no longer accept reimbursement for costs associated with collection and transportation of fetal tissue to research facilities amounts to an admission they were selling baby parts.Â
When Cuomo challenged her, she lost her composure and raised her voice, quickly recovering. She later warned him, saying, “Careful, you’re a journalist,” despite him being accurate.
