FBI: San Bernardino Terror Suspects ‘Were Radicalized And For Quite Some Time’ (Video)
The FBI released announced they have evidence the two terrorists in the San Bernardino attack had been planning an attack and had been radicalized.
Monday afternoon the FBI announced the two terrorists who attacked a San Bernardino facility last week had been radicalized for a long while.
“We believe that both subjects were radicalized and for quite some time,â€Â FBI Assistant Director David Bowdich told reporters.Â
He also announced that the two assailants, Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik, had visited a shooting range just days before the attack.
Law enforcement authorities “have evidence that both of these subjects participated in target practice in some ranges within the metro area, Los Angeles area,†Bowdich said, adding “that target practice in one occasion happened within days of this event.â€
Bowdich did state there is no evidence currently that the husband and wife team were part of a larger international plot, and called the FBI’s investigation “massive.”
