SNL’s Best Spoof Yet? Adele’s ‘Hello’ Is A How-To On Dealing With Crazy Relatives On Thanksgiving
You really can’t watch this too many times!
Adele was SNL’s musical guest Saturday night, but before she performed “Hello” live the SNL crew offered up one of their funniest spoof videos in recent years.Â
As many families will gather this Thanksgiving to spend time with each other, no doubt dinner table talk will include politics and other hot button social issues. SNL created the perfect “how to” for dealing with the crazy ideas some relatives will offer: Adele’s “Hello.”
In the video, a young child solves the bickering over Syrian refugees being “all ISIS in disguise,” the “trend” of “transgenders,” a family member “ready to vote for Ben Carson,” and a Black person’s “friends” who supposedly “keep antagonizing the police.”
How?
She plays Adele’s “Hello,” which immediately solves everyone’s problems.

“Thanks Adele!”
