UPDATED: Three People, Including One Police Officer, Shot And Killed During Planned Parenthood Attack
A police officer and two civilians reportedly were shot and killed during today’s attack on a Colorado Planned Parenthood.
A five and a half hour shooting and standoff between one man and a total of 123 law enforcement officers ended less than two hours ago, and one police officer was shot and killed during the attack. The suspect surrendered to police and was walked away in handcuffs. Two civilians were also shot and killed.
About eleven people, including four or five law enforcement officers were taken to the hospital to care for their shooting injuries, police said earlier today.
The Denver Post, CNN, and other local news agencies just reported the killing of the police officer, although his or her name has not been released.

In a press conference that concluded just after 9:00 PM EST, it was confirmed that two civilians, as yet unnamed, were also shot and killed during today’s attack as well.Â
