Watch: Kim Davis Just Refused A Marriage License To A Same-Sex Couple, Again, Today.

Despite a summons to appear before a federal judge tomorrow, Kim Davis once again today refused a marriage license for a same-sex couple.

Once you’ve broken the law does it matter how many times you do it again?

That may very well be among the questions U.S. District Judge David Bunning will ask Kim Davis Thursday morning at 11:00 AM, when she and her entire group of deputy county clerks are to appear before him.

Davis, despite a refusal from the Supreme Court to issue a stay on Bunning’s injunction requiring her to issue marriage licenses to all couples, has refused to issue several, if not many, marriage licenses. She claims issuing same-sex couples marriage licenses would “irreparably” harm her conscience, violate her First Amendment rights, and be a ticket for her to hell.

Today, yet another same-sex couple fell victim to Davis’ faux Christian martyrdom that even violates the tenets of her own particular brand of Christianity.

Robbie Blankenship andÂ Jesse Cruz, together for 20 years and in town from Columbus, Ohio, walked in to the Rowan County clerk’s office this morning and were met with cameras, reporters, protestors, and a decisive “no” from Kim Davis, once again refusing to obey the law she was elected to enforce.

Amid chants inside the county clerk’s office of “stand firm” from Davis supporters and “obey the law” from equality supporters, Blankenship and Cruz spoke with Davis to request a marriage license.

Through tears, Blankenship told WKYT‘s Victor Puente he wants to get married.

“I want to do that. And I want to do that recognized by the United States of America, by the State of Kentucky, and by this county.”

The couple say they’ll be back tomorrow, after Davis appears in court.
