UPDATED: Kim Davis To Be Released From Jail
A federal judge has ordered Kim Davis released from jail.
U.S. District Judge David Bunning has ordered Kim Davis to be released from jail. He placed the Rowan County clerk in contempt of court on Thursday and ordered she stay there until she agree to do her job and issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples or resign.
